Best Ramen in Long Beach

I had the spicy crispy tuna appetizer. It was crispy and the tuna was flavorful with just the right amount of spice. I enjoyed the pork belly Ramen. You have a choice of spicy level and toppings for additional cost. I added green onions, Japanese mushrooms and cheese into the mix. Super friendly staff, cold beer and a very quaint comfortable atmosphere. This is a delicious ramen place. Delicious food, friendly staff and good atmosphere!

I had a great experience at Gu Ramen! The food was absolutely delicious rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite was satisfying. The environment was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal whether you're dining solo or with friends. The overall vibe was relaxed, and the service was excellent. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was on point. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!

I’ve been coming to Gu for the past 2 years since moving to Long Beach. I would say I’m pretty picky about my ramen. Gu has BY FAR been the best ramen in all of Long Beach. The broth has actual flavor and their toppings are delicious. I recommend the standard ramen with lollipop chicken and egg. It’s my favorite and super filling! Atmosphere is good, plenty of tables and never a wait. They also have tons of TVS so even though it doesn’t look like a sports bar it’s such a good place to watch…

Best ramen in Long Beach! Noodles were cooked perfectly, broth was super flavorful, and the meat is tender. Nice quiet atmosphere with good throwback music. Service was excellent. Parking is terrible but I always walk here so I won’t take off a star, definitely recommend taking an Uber though. Restaurant is next to a very noisy bar which is intimidating on the outside but once you walk in it’s very pleasant and you can’t hear anything going on next door. Tasty food and build your own bowls! The soup was perfect! I really liked the vibe! The shrimp were huge and my favorite part! Its a good soot to chill with friends have some drinks and good appetizers to share.

I absolutely love this place! Their service is fast and efficient. They always have music and sports games playing in the background. The place is never too crowded, which I love. The ramen is a must have because when I tell you the broth is to die for, I mean it! Their jumbo shrimp in the creamy sauce is one of my favorite appetizers. I haven't tried anything else since this combo tends to do it for me. I have heard their Thai wings are tasty. I'll have to try them next time I stop by.

Amazing experience here. My girlfriend and I are here from out of town and found this little spot by our hotel, we are huge ramen snobs and think this place is amazing, thick slices of pork belly and they are not stingy at all. We got the crab wontons and they are the most beautiful flavorful puffs we have ever had. Corn cheese was beautiful and amazing as well.

Amazing place! I always walk by this restaurant and decided to pop in for lunch. If you like specific toppings in your ramen they hook it up when you customize it (for an extra fee). I also ordered the pot stickers super soft with a slightly spicy salad would recommend to share with a partner. Staff was super friendly and kind!.

Gu Ramen is definitely in my top favorites in Socal! We come back time & time again, we have never had an issue w customer service & the food is AMAZING to say the least! It checks off all my boxes

Ramen was sooo good, really hit the spot definitely recommend! The tofutons were SOOO good!!! Please get them, the spicy chili on the side was amazing.

First time here, service was great and ramen was great definitely recommend it and good vibes as well. Will definitely be coming back.
